Common Questions
What counts as a 'sale detail view'?
Searching for sales and viewing the results list is always free. A detail view is counted when you open the full record for a specific transaction — including price per acre, legal description, CSR2 score, and parcel map.
Can I export data on the free Scout plan?
No. CSV export requires a paid subscription. Field Scout includes up to 100 rows per export (3 exports/day), Data Sleuth allows 500 rows per export (10/day), and Master Sleuth has no row limits.
What is the difference between summary depth and full depth?
Summary depth gives you county-level median prices, transaction counts, and trend lines. Full depth adds individual sale records, parcel-level detail, CSR2 filtering, buyer/seller information, and legal descriptions.
How does annual billing work?
When you choose an annual plan, you are billed once for the full year at a 20% discount. You can cancel any time before your renewal date and you will retain access through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months.
When will Enterprise and API access be available?
We are actively building the API. If you have a specific integration need — data feeds, bulk licensing, or platform partnerships — reach out via the Contact page and we will work with you directly.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All paid plans are month-to-month (or annual) with no long-term commitment beyond the current billing period. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time.
